Humfrey Jacka wrote a Will on 9 July 1735 ^[1]

The Will confirms the following:-

• He was a Wheelright living in Madron, Cornwall
• His current wife’s name in 1735 was Bridget
• That his “only daughter Mary” married Richard Chottmoll (Challinor?) and together they had more than one son
• He had a son Benjamin

His other children who are not mentioned died before 1735 when the Will was written

• John (died in 1718)
• Honour (died 1728)
• Bridget (died 1716)
