Isabel P McLennan 1947 Will LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, ISABEL P MCLENNAN, residing at the Ambassador Apartments at 175 North Street in the City of Buffalo

FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, including my church pledge.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter by marriage, Dorothy McLennan Trembly, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, my US Government bond of $5,000. I further give and bequeath to her the following: My furniture, rugs and dishes, in my apartment in Buffalo, New York and my automobile; the following stocks and bonds from the estate of her father, Dr. William E McLennan; Fifteen shares equity Corporation stock, .00 convertible prefer. Also the deed to the McLennan lot in Rose Hill Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois Such silver, clothing, jewelry, household linen in my apartment in Buffalo, which I wish her to share as she desires with my sister, Mae Pattison Sutter, of Zillah, Washington.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear sister, Mae Pattison Sutter, of Zillah, Washington, my US Government Bond of ,000; and from our late father's estate the following — Four shares of American Telephone and Telegraph stock, nineteen shares of Everett Am. Building Cor., Illinois; three shares of Midland Utilities Company, with the request that the four shares of American Telephone and Telegraph stock and the proceeds be divided equally among her three daughters, my nieces as follows: - Winifred Sutter, Seattle, Washington; Margaret Sutter Pritchard, Seattle, Washington; and Elizabeth Sutter Thompson, Zillah, Washington. Also I give and bequeath to her my interest in the Pattison lot in Rose Hill Cemetery, Chicago Illinois, of which she is joint owner Also I give and bequeath to her my interest in the vacant property in Chicago, of which she is joint owner.

FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear son-in-law Frank H Trembly, Jr the sum of Three Thousand Dollars of the Three Thousand and Six Hundred Dollars he owes my estate, and for which he has give me two promissory notes of Eighteen hundred dollars each. If any amount of this has been paid, said sum is to be returned to him and any balance still due is to be cancelled so that he may have the above sum of Three Thousand from my estate. The remaining Six Hundred Dollars is to paid into my estate and divided equally among three grandchildren of my late husband as follows : Donald McLennan, Jr., Orlando, Florida, 0; Gordon McLennan, Leonia, New Jersey; and Florence McLennan Boulanger, Anaheim, California.

FIFTH: I desire that Frank H Trembly, Jr is to negotiate the sale of my vacant lot in Dearborn, Detroit and divide the proceeds between the other two grandchildren, Bruce Trembly and Suzanne Trembly of Doylestown, Pa. And further, if there is sufficient cash balance left of my estate, I should like a bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to be paid to Edna McLennan, New York.

SIXTH: In case of death of either of any of the said persons leaving lawful issue him or her surviving, then and in such case, - give devise and bequeath the share or part of my said residuary estate heretofore given, devised and bequeathed to the person so dying, unto his or her issues in equal shares; <etc>
