Trancsription of the original will of Israell (Unknown) Fowler (abt.1620-bef.1685) widow of Malborough, Wiltshire which was written 25 January 1683/4 and probate was granted on 16 March 1684/5 to Robert Cowsey Junior.^[1]

make & ordain this my last will & Testament in maner
& form following

one shilling with the Table in the hall & a Furnale

I constitute & appoint to be the Full & sole Executor of
this my last Will & Testament yett onely in trust
for my Grand-child Ed: Ellotts moreover my will is that
my said Execut[o]r shall sell & convert all my moveable goods
into money for & toward the placeing out my said Grand
=child an Apprentice when he shall come of yeares ca=
pable for it and in case my said grand=child dye before
that time then the said money to be imployed for the use ^of any
other the Children of my said^Daughter Jane Eliotts which shall be
born for the placeing out him or her for an Apprentice
