The said Jacob Fisher Sr died leaving no widow, and the following persons, his heirs at law, and having the next estate of inheritance in said premis(fades into margin)

John, William and Jacob Fisher and Margaret Dewees, (formerly Fisher) wife of Jesse Dewees, the children and heirs of Philip Fisher decd who reside in Indiana and James Fisher who resides in Kansas, The Chidren and heirs of Absalom Fisher deceased to wit: Phoebe and Margaret Fisher and Barbara Fisher (who is now married but the name of her husband is unknown) all of whom, except Barbara who lives in the state of Iowa, reside in Illinois. The children and heirs of Wilmina Harper (formerly Fisher) to wit: Jacob and Robert Harper who reside in Fayette County Ohio. The children and heirs of Hana Lease (formerly Fisher) decd to wit; Mary Ann Sturgeon, wife of William Sturgeon who lives in Fayette County, Ohio, Harriet, wife of William Snyder resides in Missouri, Phoebe, wife of David Ross, resides in Fayette County, Ohio and Susan, Wife of Richard Ross, place of residence unknown.

Susan Maddox (formerly Fisher) and Jacob Fisher who reside in Ohio; Catherine, wife of Abiah Wright, lives in Illinois. The heirs of John Fisher deceased, to wit: Samuel Fisher lives in Fayette County, Ohio, George Fisher lives in Ross County, Ohio, Clinton Fisher who lives in Illinois and Joseph, who lives in Tennessee. A minor child of Hannah Heizer (formerly Fisher) whose name is unknown, and whose place of residence is Iowa. The children and heirs of Sarah Goldsbury (formerly Fisher) decd Benson and the following all of whom reside in Ross County, Ohio.

Your petitioner therefore prays that said heirs at law may be made defendants to this petition and that they may be notified according to law of the (faded)dudency hereof; and that your petitioner may be ordered to sell said premises and apply the proceeds in accordance with the provisions of said will and the law.
