- Son James Evans, daughters Mary Chadwick and Ruth Odle: one dollar each and what they have already received.
- County court requested to name guardians for Rachel and Betty, because they are not intellectually able to manage for themselves. Rachel and Betty to reside with Moses after their mother's decease until the court appoints guardians for them. Moses, James, Mary, and Ruth to interest themselves in the timely appointment of the guardians for their sisters.
