Abstract:

Written 12 June 1819.

Whole estate to wife, Anna Evans during her natural life.

After her decease, what remains to daughters Rachel Evans and Betty Evans.

After their decease to grandson James Younger, son of Betty Evans.

Son Moses Evans: one featherbed & furniture, one cow and calf, one ewe and lamb, one breeding sow, and what he has already received.

Son James Evans, daughters Mary Chadwick and Ruth Odle: one dollar each and what they have already received.

County court requested to name guardians for Rachel and Betty, because they are not intellectually able to manage for themselves. Rachel and Betty to reside with Moses after their mother's decease until the court appoints guardians for them. Moses, James, Mary, and Ruth to interest themselves in the timely appointment of the guardians for their sisters.
