I JAMES R. NESBIT OF THE COUNTY OF IREDELL & STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner following: 1st I leave to MY WIFE THERESA M. NESBIT all of my property land and personal during her life time 2nd After the death of my wife then my property to go to my SON IN LAW PHILIP ROBINSON AND DAUGHTER KATE on condition that they shall have taken care of my wife in her lifetime and have paid all the debts for which I am at this time or shall be liable before and at the time of my decease 3rd I hereby nominate and appoint W.
