This is the last Will and Testament
of me John Billings of Little Hallingbury in the
County of Essex Yeoman by which I give and Devise All
my freehold and Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenement
and Hereditaments situate lying and being in the
several parishes of Little Hallingbury aforesaid and
Great Hallingbury in the said County of Essex and all
other my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever
with the appurtenances unto my dear Wife
Loveday Billings her Heirs and assigns for
ever And as to all my ready Money Securities for
Money Farming Stock and Crops Goods Chattles
Effects and Personal Estate of every sort and kind
I give and Bequeath the same and every part
thereof to my said Wife to and for her own
proper use and Benefit And I nominate and
appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke
all former and other Wills by me at any time
heretofore made In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my Hand and Seal this sixteenth
Day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fourteen
