of Norff[olk] wedowe hole of mynd and parfrghte of remembrance
thankes be to god did ordeyne and make this her Testament
and last will nuncupative in maner and forme followinge First
she bequethed her sowle to almightie god and her body to be
buried In the churchyarde of Hengham aforesaid It[e]m she wille
that Henrie Punder her brother shoulde have the occupacion of
all hir howses and fre landes with th[e]appurtenances liyinge &
beying in Bunwelle or elles wheare untyll Henrie Winter her sone
cometh unto lawfull age towardes the bringynge upp of the said
Henri kepinge the said howse in sufficient reparacion and
doynge neyther stryppe nor waste uppon any of them It[e]m She
willed and bequeathed unto the said Henrie Wynter all hir howses
and fre landes with the appurtenances byeing & leyinge in Bunwell
aforesaid to houlde to him and to his heires when he cometh
unto lawfull age Item She willed and bequeathed all her moveable
goods and cattalles unbequeathed to Johanne Punder her mother
and Henrie Punder her brother towardes the bringinge uppe of
Henrie Winter and Agnes Winter her children unto they come
to lawfull age and the remainer therof to be equally devided
betweene the said Henrie and Agnes hir children when
thei come to lawfull age and discretion which said Jone
Punder and Henrie Punder she ordeyned and made hir
executours of this hir testament and last will nuncupative
witnesses hereof Richard Pearsone and John Grene
