The last Will and Testament of me Mary Cayley of Whitby in the County of York spinster I direct that all my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give to my sister Margaret Chadwick the sum of fifty pounds my wearing apparel and a diamond ring to my sister Frances Cayley I give diamond ring to my nieces the Miss Fentons i give one hundred pounds to be equally divided amongst them to my cousin Miss Margaret Pressick[?] I give the sum of ten pounds my will is that after my debts funeral expenses and legacies are paid all the rest and residue of my money in the funds and effects of whatsoever nature or kind that I am or may be possessed of I give and bequeath to my brothers Edward Cayley and Thomas Cayley to be divided between them lastly I constitute my brother Edward Cayley and my cousin Margaret Pressick joint Exors or this my last will and testament written with my own hand this first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one. Mary Cayley signed and sealed in the presence of Jane Lacy William Pye Purvis
