In the name of God Amen. This one & twentyth daye of Julye in the yeare of our Lorde God one thousand
six hundred & fortye I Richard Lyncolne of Hingham in the county of Norff[olk] yeoman doe ordayne & make
this my last will & testament in manner & forme following Firste I bequeath my soule into the hands
of Almightye God my blessed Creator hoping to be saved by the alsuficient merritts of Jesus Christ my
redeemer and my body to be buried in Christian buriall at the disposition of myne executrix in this my
last will & testament hereafter named
Item I give and bequeath unto Katheryne my welbeloved wife
my brewehouse & Maulthouse being in or nighe Baxter Rowe in Hingham aforesaid with all the houses to the same
belonging with their appurtinances whatsoever and all my lands aswell inclose lands as othere in the
field called Rysemg Field except the set at the latter end of my will & testament there after named with their appurtinances whatsoever and one Inclose called Crownill next
unto that inclose nowe in the occupation of Edward Baldwyne with the appurtinances whatsoever & have (&)
to hold the said houses lande & inclose with their appurtinances unto her the said Katheryne my wyfe her
heires & assignes for ever upon condition that she shall paye & satisfye all said debts by me oweing to any
manner or person whatsoever and trulye performe and satisfye such legacies & bequeaths as ar in
this my will & testament disposed & bequeathed
Item I give my houses in Deepeham and the grounds
to the same belonging with their appurtinances whatsoever unto Katheryne my said wife for & during
the terme of her naturall Life and after her decease unto William Lyncolne my sonne & to his heires
for ever
Item I give & bequeath my houses & lande hereunto belonging being in Lyngwhite Brooke in
Hingham aforesaid & nowe in the occupation of Thomas Howes with their appurtinances unto Katheryne my
wife aforesaide for & during the terme of her naturall Life and after her decease unto Richard
Lyncolne my sonne & to his heires for ever
Item I give and bequeath my houses where I nowe dwell & all other
my houses & grounds hereunto nighe adjoyneing and the houseafalles & grounds to them acres or them belonging
unto the said Katheryne my wife for three yeares next after my decease & then to Peere Lyncolne my sonne & to his
heires for ever
Item I give and bequeath unto Marye Lyncolne my daughter her executors and
assignees one hundred pounds of lawfull monye of England to be payde by myne Executrix of this my last
will & Testament within five yeares nexte after my decease
Item All my moveable goodes cattell
Chattels bills bonds household stuff & ymplements householding & husbandrye whatsoever I give unto the said
Katheryne my wife towarde the payment of my debts aforesaid and in consideration & to such entent & with that
confidence & trust that she the said Katheryne shall amend and inlarge the portions of my said children _ one of
them affording to her disposition and especiallye the portion of my said sonne Richard Lyncolne
Item I ordayne & make the said Katheryne my wife sole executrix of this my last will & testament wylling her to [per]forme the same &
to bring my bodye decentlye to the ground In witnes whereof I have set to my hand and seale
declaring this to be my last wyll & testatment and doe farther wyll & desire the foure acres of land which
I boughte of Mr Cage & the foure acres of land I beught of Robert James unto the aforesaid Richard my sonne & his heires for ever
