In the name of God Amen I Richard Tindall the unproffitable servant of
Jesus Christ, dwelling at Hunts Court in the parish of North Nibley in the
County of Glouc[ester] yeoman. Doe make and ordaine this my p[re]sent Testament and
last will in manner following.

Imprimis I commend my soule into the hands of
Almightie God my creator, and my bodie I comitt to the earth to be buried in
Christian buriall, there to remaine untill that great and last day in hope of
a joyfull resurrection, in adn threw the merits of Jesus Christ my Lord
and only Saviour.

Item I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Sara
Tindall the best bed she shall mae of, with suffiecient furniture of
all sorts belonging there unto.

Item I give unto my son Nathaniell Tindall
fivetentwenty pounds in monie to be paid within six months after my dicease

Item I give unto my son[n]e Joseph Tindall sixtie pounds in monie to be paid
within six months after my dicease

Item I give unto my daughter Anna
Clifsell? ten shillings for a token.

Item I give unto my daughter Marie
Tindall seventie pounds in monie

Item I give unto my son[n]e in law
Nathaniell Clifsells children, viz Anna Clifsell, Sara Clifsell, Ester Clifs-
,ell, and John Clifsell, ten shillings a peece in monie, to be paid unto their
father for their use, within twelve months after my dicease

Item I give
and bequeath unto my son[n]e Richard TIndall, whom I make sole Executor
All my stock of core and cattle, and al my goods within dores& without
dores unbequeathed by this p[re]sent Testament, As allso my land caled Dow=
lings with the house garden & orchard ther unto belonging being in ............
in the parish of North Nibley in the County afore said to the end he may be the
better inabled for the payment of all the aforesaid Legacies.

Item I
doe ordaine & appoint my well beloved friends & cosens Thomas Graile of
Huntingford and Thomas Tindall of Stinchcombe, to be my overseers of this
my last will & Testament desireing them to see the same performed acco=
ding to the true intent & meaning therof giveing to eyther of them five
shillings a peece for their paines
