In the name of God Amen the eighth
day of December in the first yeare of the reigne of our sovreigne
Lord James the Second by the grace of God of England Scotland
France & Ireland King Defender of the faith & in y[eer]
of our Lord God 1686 I Robert Lincolne of Hingham in the
County of Norff[olk] taylor being of sound & [per]fect memory praised
be Almight God revoking all former wills heretofore by me
made doe ordaine make & declare this my last will & testam[en]t
in manner & forme following that is to say, first I commit my soule
into the mercifull hands of Almight God my heavenly father
hoping assuredly thro[ugh] the meritts of Jesus Christ my saviour
to be made [par]taker of everlasting life and my body to the earth
whereof I was made.

Item I give & bequeath unto Elizabeth my
wife & her heires forever the house wherein I now live in the
outhouses orchards gardens yards & grounda there unto belonging
with their & any of their appurtenences & all othere any houses lande
tender in Hingham afores[ai]d with their appurtenences

Item I give
& bequeath unto the said Elizabeth my wife whom I make sole
Executrix of thsi my last will & testam[en]t all my goods chattle Somall
stale in _ In witnes whereof I have here unto setting hand
& soule the day & yeare above written/
