(sic)ke of body but of parfit Remembrance. Do ordayn And mack
(my) last wyll And testament. As on the 17 Day of Apryll.
(In) the xxxith yeer the Reign of or most grasius Suferayn Lady
Queen Elizabeth in this maner And fowrme folowing, That is to
say Fyrst, I bequeth my sowell in to the hands of almyghte god
