In the name of God Amen

I William Bull Kendrick of Sharon, Taliafore county, Georgia being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare, This to be my last will and testament, herely revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time hereafter made.

First, I order and direct my executioners as soon after my decease as practicable to pay and discharge all the debts due and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my diseased.

Second, I give and bequeath unto my said wife Anne Prather Kendrick the whole of my lands and houses and lots, plantation and town lots and mill property, all the household and kitchen furniture, buggies and wagons, horses and mules, cows and hogs, and every other thing pertaining to my home and farm. - Whether herein mentioned or not mentioned together with all my Railroad stock and cash on hand and notes for me, to have and use as her own as (/) she lives, but subject to such (/) and provisions as I shall herafter mention and direct.

Third, I order and direct that my plantation and town lots be rented out by my Executors as heretoafter and the proceeds therefore be turned over to my wife from year to year, to be used by her absolutely as she pleases.

Fourth, I wish my Railroad stock to remain as it is and the dividends to be returned over by my Executors to my wife year to year to be hers absolutely.

Fifth, I wish what cash I may have on hand and notes due me to be kept by my Executors for the benefit of my wife so long as she lives.

Sixth, I order and direct that after the death of my wife, all property of variety except the Executors to be mentioned in the (?) section be sold and the proceeds thereof be equal divided share and share alike between all my children. viz Charles Shaw Kendrick , Gabe Kendrick, Wilson Kendrick, Aaron Kendrick, John Roberson Kendrick,Susan Kendrick and Ann Elizabeth Kendrick

Seventh, I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Elizabeth Brown the homestead in which I now live together with the lands that surround it to the amount of two hundred and fifty acres or less, and describe as following commencing at a Spanish oak tree, the corner between my lands and G.E. Griffith and running along an old fence row, a straight line toa pest oak tree into the road to corner,, If any land and the land of J.R. Kendrick thus along the fence row in a southward southernly direction corner (?) between my lands and J.R. Kendrick. Thence a straight line to the mouth of the Valley Branch on Dr. Charles Shaw Kendrick line to the public road along the line of the William B Kendrick pasture fence, Thence a straight-line measuring in a westerly direction to the beginning. To be hers in full simple at the death of her mother.

Eighth, I order and direct that part of my Estate which shall fall by equal divisions to my sons William Gabrel, Wilson Bull and John Roberson be invested by my Executor in Real Estate or Railroad stocks on hand for their benefit - but separately for each and that the rents and profits from such investments only shall be used by them as they may direct, the investments to remain theirs during their lives and go to their children at their deaths.

Ninth, I name my Executors Dr. Charles Shaw Kendrick and George Brown , both of Sharon, Taliaferro county, Georgia.

In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name the twenty-ninth of March eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.

The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by the said William Bull Kendrick as for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request and his presence and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
