Purchased by the Grindle family who intoroduced Dairy.

Jem Isabella Grindle was killed from a horse fall in 1943.??

Purchased in 1956 by Bert Hurley who sold it to the Queensland Government.

Golden floating orbs, noises and doors closing are some of the bizarre incidents reported.
