For the hierarchy of these subclades see Y-DNA Haplogroup E and its Subclades or the YFull YTree Haplogroup E Subclades tree.

Hello Andreas,

The hierarchical structure is at http://www.isogg.org/tree/ISOGG_HapgrpE.html This page allows everyone to see examples of different subhaplogroups in alphabetical order.

There is no need to reconstruct the ISOGG Y Tree.

Those examples have haplotypes in YSearch.

The haplogroup of only the terminal SNP (as best as can be determined) is what is supposed to be listed here.

Peter, I don't understand the structure here. Where is E-V13 eventually coming in here?

I've worked myself up through probably 10 different higher subclades, are they all supposed to be listed here?

Next to those examples is the subgroup to E-M96 -> http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Y-DNA_Haplogroup_E-P147
