Young Family Mysteries-1

1. The relationship between a Great Grandfather of mine (Allen Allicocke Young*) and Sarah Sutton, nee Shaw, has us confused, as he only married her after all his children with her were married (we have the certificate as proof). Her children with her first husband (William Sutton) are also a mystery, as we cannot trace # 2 and #3 here, but we suspect that one, maybe two of them were not from William Sutton. #3, a daughter, had a very similar name to a daughter of Allen and Sarah. A birth certificate for one of the two is available, and a death certificate for the other. Are these two people the same person (adopted maybe?). * Allen's surname is spelled differently at times (sometimes without the "e" at the end), as per British Army military records (he was Captain and Adjutant of the second battalion of the Highland Black Watch aka the 73rd Foot, when he served in South Africa 1853 to 1858). William Sutton was an innkeeper in King Williams Town in this time.

We are also looking for connections of the Allicocke family of Loddington, Northamptonshire, who may have moved, or originated from British Guyana cc 1700 to 1800 or earlier.
