I put this in quotation marks, because of course we are rarely ever "done" with profiles... We just haven't found more information YET. That said, though, I have not yet completed any profiles for this challenge.

My G2G entry dated July 24, 2018: I'm only just starting out (I know, I'm a bit late), but I thought a great place for me to start, would be with the man who changed the course of my family forever. You see, my mother was institutionalized as a teenager, and underwent many horrible "treatments" in the institution, as it was, of course, the 60's and 70's, when such things were done. Unfortunately, two of my siblings were also conceived there, and her mental health issues would ultimately cost her all three of her children (one was either stillborn or part of a "baby scoop" adoption, another adopted out at birth, and I, the baby, was placed into foster care). Just before finding this challenge, I was doing research on the institution that my mother was placed in, Eastern State Hospital in Vinita, Oklahoma, and discovered that Dr. Felix Adams (ironic as my son's name is Felix) was the man who created the hospital, and likely was the one who treated my mother during her time there. So, I've decided he will be the person I start with. I have just created his profile, so please be patient with me, but here is his profile.
