Josephine E. Spangler (1868-1928) was the daughter of Samuel H. Spangler (1831–1890) and Harriet Evans (1842– )

On 23 Feb 1884 at Warren Mills, Monroe County, Wisconsin she married Frank Eliphalet Olmstead [1]
