From Google books, free access: Pages 480 - 484, give extensive history of Spargur family and of location of Spargur's mill, which was at junction of Rocky Fork and Paint Creek, built by Joseph. From the text, it appears there was another brother, Reuben, who returned to North Carolina. The text gives extensive and detailed information on the extended family.
