Biography
James Sparkman was born in 1824 in White County, Tennessee. [1] He was a son of George W. Sparkman II and Berthina Goddard. He married Joanna “Judy” McBride. [2] He passed away in 1878 in Van Buren County, Tennessee. He was interred in Sparkman Cemetery, Van Buren County, Tennessee. [1]
