Biography

Oscar Charles was born on the 13 May 1876 in the Market Town of Bridport, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) inland from the English Channel near the confluence of the River Brit and its tributary the Asker, in Dorset, England^[1]. He was the son of Oscar Charles Sparks and Charlotte Munden.

Marriage

Oscar Charles (Sparks) marries Elizabeth Hannah (Hill) on the 25 December 1899 at the Parish Church of Saint James, Maxwell Road, in the District of Fulham, on the north bank of the River Thames, in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham in West London, Middlesex & London, England^[2].

Death

Oscar Charles (Sparks) passes away on the 26 October 1953 at Saint Andrew's Hospital, Devons Road, Bromley-by-Bow, in the City of London, District of Poplar, London & Middlesex, England. He was 77 years old at the time and the cause of death will be on his Certificate^[11].
