- William Frank Sparrow was born 22 January 1818 in Georgetown, District of Columbia. His wife was Harriet Highbarger. He died 3 November 1884, age 66, in West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and was buried in Enola Cemetery, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. (From Find A Grave [1])
