Biography
When Annie Priscilla Spearman was born on December 24, 1832, in South Carolina, her father, Thomas, was 27, and her mother, Emily, was 28. She married John Clyde Chapman in 1857 in her hometown. They had three children:
- Edd Coleman (1857–1919)
- Robert 'Bob' D. (1858–)
- Augustus Watts, Sr. (1861–1947)[1]
She died on December 25, 1919, in Newberry, South Carolina, at the age of 87.[2]
