Biography

John was born in 1806. He was the son of George Spell and Elizabeth Watson. John married Martha Caroline Dickson on 30 November 1848 in Dooly, Georgia, United States.[1]

In the 1850 census John (age 43), Farmer, was in District 24, Dooly, Georgia, United States.[2] In the 1860 census John (age 45), Farmer, was in Brooks, Georgia.[3]

John died on 16 September 1888 and was buried in John C. Spell Family Cemetery, Brooks County, Georgia, United States.[4]
