Biography

When Wilber F Spencer was born in March 1854 in Porter County, Indiana, his father, Joseph, was 26 and his mother, Olive, was 26. He married Alice Phoebe Lee and they had two children together. He then married Martha Partridge in 1901 in Uinta County, Wyoming. He died on August 29, 1930, in Monterey, California, at the age of 76, and was buried in Pacific Grove, California.
