Note: OBITUARY: "MRS. SHARPNACK TO BE BURIED IN YOLO TOMORROW -. 2 OBITUARY: The burial of the late May Blanche Sharpnack, wife of John Sharpnack, prominent rancher and stockbuyer of the Yolo district, will take place tomorrow afternoon following services at 2 o'clock in the Wilson Funeral home. Interment will be in Mary's cemetary near Yolo, where the deceased resided many years and was widely known and loved by all. Mrs. Sharpnack died yeaterday morning after an extended illness, following her son, George Sharpnack, who met sudden death from a heart attack while swimming. Mrs. Sharpnack was a former member of the Yolo county public school faculty. Surviving, besides her husband, are six sisters, and three brothers, all residing in California. There are also two grandchildren, George Sharpnack, Jr., and Anna May Sharpnack, children of her deceased son.". 2 OBITUARY: "FUNERAL HELD FOR MRS. SHARPNACK. 2 OBITUARY: Funeral services for Mrs. May Blanche Sharpnack were held in the chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home Friday afternoon. The Rev. C.C. Black, formerly of Woodland, now residing in Elmira, officiated. Interment was in Mary's cemetary in Yolo. Pallbearers were Bryon Nordyke, Frank B. Edson, H.R. Jacobs, R. Leathers, S. Leathers and J. Laux.".
