Biography

Chester married Eleanor Painter (Paynter?) on 28 June 1928 in Wellsburg. ^[1] In 1930, they were living in Zanesville.^[2] In 1940, they were living in Springfield Township.^[3]

Chester died 18 September 1967.^[4] Burial was at Dresden Cemetery.^[5]
