William was born in 1931. He was the son of Harvey Spencer and Eva Force.
He married Janice VanDyke and they have three children.
Obituary
Dr. William A. Spencer passed away peacefully from complications of pneumonia on August 30, 2018 at his Otterbein residence in Maineville, Ohio with his wife of 63 years by his side.
He was the beloved husband of Janice (Van Dyke) Spencer; father of Lynn and her husband Gregory Davis, David Spencer and his partner David Roberts, and Kathryn and her husband Gerald F. Lucey, and grandfather of Ryan Davis, Kaitlyn Lucey, Jordan Davis, and Gerald Lucey.
He was buried in the Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.[1]
