Wright C. Spencer, known as "Charlie" left VT with his father and younger brother Horace and their step-mom Lucy (nee Draper)Spencer (their mom, Emily nee Huntington (C.W.Spencer,Jr's 1st wife) having died c.1855 in VT) and came to Plainfield, IL in 1858. Then Charlie left IL c.1869, to go to Lincoln, NE. He married c. 1879/80,there
and with his wife Zula (Zuleika)Ansiline (nee GEORGE)they left with their youngest (of 3) children, Neal W.Spencer (b.1899)and went on to Los Angeles County, in 1904, where Charlie ended-up dying at age 77 in 1919. *
Charlie is buried in Hollywood Forever Cemetery, Hollywood, California. [1]
