On April, 14, 1920, a final degree in divorce was granted to Minnie M & Lewis E Spencer.
In the 1925 Miracord New York census, Minnie M (age 45) is living with Benjamin (age 60, Lewis?s brother), Neva (age 24, daughter of Lewis who was born July 29, 1900), Harmon C Spencer (age 63, brother to Lewis and Benjamin) and Massinielo Spencer (age 89 and father to Lewis, Benjamin & Harmon.
In the 1930 census, Minnie is living with Benjamin Franklin and Harmon C Spencer (Lewis E?s brothers) in Elmira, New York. Her father?s birthplace is shown as Wisconsin; her mother?s as Iowa.
In the 1940 census, Neva is living with her husband, Ardell Shaw, in Elmira, NY along with her father, Lewis.
