Biography

Nicholas married Martha Grant from nearby Eythorn, in Eythorn, in 1584.

They lived in Barfreston and had a number of children together.

Nicholas died in 1607.

There is another marriage for a Nicholas Spyser in 1574 to Johan(a) Fyle in neighbouring Eythorn: https://www.findmypast.com/transcript?id=R_848003473.

Nicholas marriage to Martha grant was in Eythorn, so there must be a high possibility that it is the same Nicholas Spicer.

Spicer-146 and Spicer-35 appear to represent the same person because: Hello, these appear to be duplicates as they have the same wife and the Thomases have the same family, Thomas being a New Netherland settler.
