Christopher was baptised in January 1734-5 at Fontmell.
It seems likely that he was a skilled carpenter, as there is a record of a Christopher Spicer taking on an apprentice at Fontmell in 1773.
And either his son Christopher followed his father, or this Christopher was still taking on apprentices in the 1790's.
There is a burial record for Christopher in Fontmell (St Andrews) for 1821, which includes the correct year of birth, so seems certain to be him.
The Find a Grave record says that he died 26th December 1820 - the February 1821 date is for the burial.
The marriage record says Christopher (surname spelt Spisor) was a resident of Tollard Royal, but there are no other Spicer's recorded there so it seems likely this is an error, and he was there for the marriage as it was his wife's village. Tollard Royal is less than 6 miles from Fontmell.
And an Elizabeth Spicer of Fontmell married a John Smith of Motcombe 21st September 1761 in Fontmell, witnessed by Christopher Spicer and Joseph Vincent (https://www.opcdorset.org/FontmellMagnaFiles/FontmellMagnaMarriages2.htm)or https://www.findmypast.com/transcript?id=R_856378210%2F2. Seems highly likely the witness was this Christopher - most probably her brother? But haven't found a baptism record for Elizabeth.
