Biography

John was born in 1890. He is the son of John Spicer and Anna Mussell.[1]

In 1921, John lived on Atlantis Avenue in Westboro with his brother, Clifford. [2] John married Inez Rodney in 1926.[3] In 1928, he was elected to the Westboro Trustee Board.[4] He sought re-election in 1929.[5] In 1940, he was the credit manager and accountant of Ottawa Motor Sales Limited. [6]

John passed away in 1958.[7]
