Abigail was born 26d 1m 1683 [26 Mar 1683] in Gravesend, New York.^[1] She was the daughter of Samuel Spicer and Esther Tilton.^[1]

She married Daniel Stanton.^[2]

She passed away in 1714.^[2]

ABIGAIL " , b . March 26 , 1683 ; d . 1714 ; m . 1707 , Daniel Stanton , b . April 19 , 1683 , in Newport , R. I .; was drowned in 1708. Hé was the son of Daniela ( Robert ) and Elizabeth Stanton . ( His father was b . 1647–48 . ) He was a mariner , sailing between Barbados and Philadelphia . She left a will bequeathing her estate to brother Thomas Spicer if her son should die before arriving to the age of 21 . Child : Daniela Stanton , b . 1708 , after his father's death ; d . June 27 , 1770 ; m . Feb. 5 , 1733 , Sarah Loyd . She d . March 3 , 1748. He was a noted Quaker preacher for forty - two years .
