Biography

Alfred was born in 1869. He was the son of William Spicer and Triphena Winsor.

In 1894 he most probably married Annie Charlotte Wilcox. A child Rose was most probably born late 1888, but even though she is named Rose Spicer it seems impossible that Alfred was the father given he died 15 months before, in 1897.
