Louisa was born in 1863. She is the daughter of John Spicer and Ann Soper.
She most probably married Charles Fry, a shipyard worker, in 1882 and had a family with him in Wareham.
In the 1891 census they were living in Wareham, but it is not known what happened to the family after that, although there is a 1951 probate record for a Louisa Fry in Wareham that may be hers.
