Biography
Thomas was born in 1843. He is the son of Charles Spicer and Mary Atwood.
His mother died in 1845, and Thomas can be found with his grandmother and his mothers sister in 1851 and 1861.
By 1871 Thomas has married and started a family in Hoath, where he is working as a blacksmith.
