Biography

Mary was born 7 Apr 1823, daughter of Abraham and Jane Patterson (Pearce) Spinney.

She married Isaac Longley Bishop. He died in 1861.

In 1871, Maryann, widow, 48, Charles, farmer, 22, Jane, 20, Ann, 18, William, farmer, 16, Amanda, 15, Elias, 13 and Josephine, 11 were residing in Nictaux.

She died 7 Jan 1874 and is buried at Nictaux, Annapolis Co., Nova Scotia.
