Biography
Descendant of John Ganzer Spires.
Lula was born in 1935,[1] the third of nine children to Joseph Brown Spires[2] and Essie Wilma Bristol. Her siblings were: Herbert Hoover, Living, Myrtice Caroline, Living, Sandra Kathryn,[3] Julian David,[4] Lena Joyce, and Living.
