Florence was born in 1909 in Coburg, Victoria. As a child, she moved to Sydney with her parents and her younger brother Clifford, where they lived in the Parramatta area.
Married Leslie Wickham in Parramatta in 1934, and passed away in 2000 in Castle Hill NSW Australia.
