"William Spooner of Dartmouth & Mercy Delanoe of Duxborough . were married . November ye 25th Anno . 1713"[2]
The Mayflower Society says that this is not the Mercy Delano d/o Jonathan and Mercy (Warren) Delano as stated by the Spooner Descendants.[3] The two couples were having children about the same time.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
How was his recorded birth as 13 February 1689 determined to have been about 1700 (13 February 1700)?
If I am reading this correctly, we report he was born in 1700 and married in 1713, when only 13 years old.
This seems an apparent conflict.
