The will of Thomas Spooner of Plymouth, cordwainer, was dated 29 February 1762 and proved on 28 April 1763 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Sarah, and his children, Ebenezer Spooner, Patience Spooner, Thomas Spooner, Sarah Spooner, Jane Spooner, and Ephraim Spooner.[11]
His inventory was taken on 18 May 1763 in Plymouth.[12]

His status as a Lieutenant (LT) is not sourced, and is thus marked as uncertain. He was not referred to as Sr in any of the records; whereas, his son was referred to as Jr in some, so Sr has been removed.
