Jemimah Budd Sprague was born on 27 Oct 1851 in Sussex Par., King's Co., New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of John Sprague (1820–1878) and Maria Almira Fowler (1823–1902).[1]

Her siblings were:

Jemimah married Hiram Webster (born about 1845 in Sussex Par., N.B., Can.; son of William Webster and Frances Mercer). Their known daughter was Francis Louise Webster (1878–1951).

Jemimah died on 18 Feb 1904 in Little River, New Brunswick, aged 52.
