Biography

Amos was born in 1747. He was the son of Isaac and Leah (Stodder) Sprague.[1]

He married first Desire Stodder of Scituate.[1]

He married second Ruth Stodder, widow of (1) Benjamin Sprague and (2) Matthew Cushing.[1] Ruth was the sister of Desire.

Constable in 1778.[1]

"Box-cooper."[1]

Amos lived on Main Street in Hingham Centre.[1]

He died 2 Dec 1838.[1]
