Georgia Morgan County. Know all men by these presents that I William Jackson for and in consideration of the love and affection I have and bear to my daughter Polly Ware, formerly Polly Springer and for and in consideration of the confidence which I repose on William M. Ware of the County and State aforesaid as well as for an in consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand paid by th said William M Ware do by these presents convey unto the said William M Ware as trustee of the said Polly Ware for the support, use, benefit, maintenance and enjoyment of my daughter aforesaid and the heirs of her body the following tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on t he waters of Hradlabor? Creek, the East half of lot No. 128 in hte Ga districts originally Baldwin, now Morgan County containing one hundred acres more or less joining lands of William Land and the widow Jackson being the land whereon John Ware now lives to have and to hold said bargained land and premises unto the said William M. Ware in hand for the purposes aforesaid and should my said daughter ever wish to remove from the land the said William M Ware trustee as aforesaid shall be at liberty to dispose of the same to the best advantage and the proceds to be appropriated to the purchase of another tract of land or in any way she may deem best for her benefit of herself and children. ::In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23d day of May 1832.

This indenture made this twentyforth day of August in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty three between William M Ware granted of Polly Ware, formerly Polly Springer by ?? of a deed of gift from William Jackson, to said William M Ware dated 23 day of May 1832 of the one part and James Woodruff of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William M Ware ??? as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid the ??? whereof do hereby acknowledge, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said James Woodruff his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county and state aforesaid on the waters of H???? Creek (viz the East half of lot No. 128? In the ??? originally Baldwin, now Morgan county containing one hundred acres more or less, adjoining the lands of William Lewis?, William Stansom?, William Wiley and the widow Chism?, being the land where John Ware now lives. To have and to hold and said bargained land and presents?? the said James Woodruff his heirs and assigns together with and singular the ??? ??? and appurtanances thereunto belonging ???????????????? and the said William M Ware ???????????? warrant and defend ??????? unto the said James Woodruff his heirs and assigns against the claim of ????????? and against the claims ???? of all and any other ??? or persons whatsoever. This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven between William Jackson of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Polly Ware consort of John Ware of the County and State aforesaid of the Other part witnesseth that the said William Jackson for and in consideration of the paternal love and affection which he hath and beareth unto the said Polly Ware as also for the ___ maintenance of the said Polly Ware, hath given and granted aliened sufeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant and confirm unto the said Polly Ware all that tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in the Twentieth district of Originally Lee now Stewart County know by part of Lot Number ninety four (94) containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less bounded on the south Line and west Line of said Lot of Land with all and Singular the rights members and appearances then unto belonging . To have and to hold the said ___ or tenement of Land herby given and Granted on mentioned or intend to begin__and Granted unto the said Polly Ware during her during her natural life time and after he death given unto her bodily increase allowing the aid Polly Ware at anytime using her life to sell or dispose of said Lot of Land as she may think proper for the benefit of her self or her children and said William Jackson for himself and his heirs and assigns doth covenant and agree towith the said Polly Ware for the purpose aforesaid by these presence Shall and lawfully may from henceforth forever hereafter peacefully and ___ hold occupy possess and enjoy the said ___ or tenement of Land for her own proper use and benefit and the said William Jackson for himself his heirs Executors and administrators will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof at against themselves against the claims of all persons whatsoever ___ any whereof the said William Jackson hath here unto his his hand and seal the day and year above written
