Joey Sprinkle
My great-grandpa Joe was sentenced to Insane Asylum No. 3 in Nevada, MO after he cut the throat of my great-grandma Maggie nearly from ear to ear on Saturday, April 3, 1915 (Sedalia Democrat, Sunday, April 4, 1915). Joe died at the asylum, the same place in which his mother died. Maggie was taken to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia and survived.
