Biography

Mary was born about 1839.

In 1850 she was 11 and living with her parents and siblings in Virginia. [1]

Just before she married she was living with parents and siblings in Virginia. [2]

In 1860 she married Archibald Harrison. [3]

After she and Archibald divorced she married Sylvester Crockett. He was "about 11 yrs. younger than her."[4]

Although Mary Elizabeth is buried at the Crockett Cemetery at Wayne, Wayne County, WV, to date Sylvester's grave is not noted. It's likely near Mary's. [5]

Children of Mary and Sylvester are thought to include: Geneva (abt. 3yrs old burned to death), Charles, Henry, George Rolin, Mary Eliza.

Children with Archibald Harrison include Laura, Nancy, Lemuel, Telamicus, Rolland

Mary Elizabeth was the daughter of Burwell Spurlock and Nancy Garrett.
