The biography for Billie Jean Spurlock is empty. What can you add? I was born in a coal mine Holler in Harlan Kentucky in the middle of October but I understand it was snowing and that is why I was born at home. I am the third child of Robert L. and Ethel (Baker) Spurlock. I have one brother (older) one sister (older) and three younger sisters. My Dad was born at Smith, KY and my Mom was born at Grays Knob Ky.
