Polly was born October 20th 1816 in Kentucky. She married Milton Evans, the son of Moses and Sarah Evans. He was born January 23rd 1816. They had at least 4 children.

Cornelius died in December 1874 at the age of 52, in Kansas. Polly died April 14th 1900 at the age of 83, in Vigo County, Indiana.
